It can ensure transparency, productivity, and a safe environment for people to excel at their job and recreational activities. It may also contribute to poor mental health, exhaustion, accidents, and safety concerns. Motivation and positive feedback are part of the fabric of good communication.
Participants will learn good communication techniques that foster a friendly, productive, and safe work environment. By training our basic communication skills as leaders or superintendents, we learn how to create the foundation for good mental health, good morale, and a productive environment.
