Resilience is defined as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. Situations in which resilience is of great importance are family and relationship problems, serious health problems, and workplace and financial issues. By training our resilience we improve our ability to respond better to problems and stressful situations. We can train our brains using resilience techniques.

During this training, we will not only cover the basics of understanding how to react in crisis situations but also learn some of those techniques that shield us from harm through a mental health crisis. Such techniques include reframing, calming, and meditation practices, as well as taking a bird-eye perspective on your situation to re-assess the different drivers and factors involved in a problem situation.
